Whaddya think?

The church I serve, through the amazing ability of a fellow minister of the Gospel who has techno skills, is revamping the design of our website (to bring it out of the 1990's). Along with that, we have a new office address in the past few months, and so have the opportunity to bring our stationery up to date.

You may be asking: "What's this mundane office/address stuff have to do with me?"

Good question. Here's the issue--- What do you think of this logo? What does it say to you, if anything. Maybe "fingerpainting"!

Do tell.

I like the fingerprints in shape of the cross. Looks like individuals coming together because of the cross.

Thanks, Anon. That was my reaction, too. And if I were to reflect on it more, I would probably add that the fingerprints are a reminder of the incarnation, too.

wait, i thought the smudging was due to low-res of the pic - are you saying that's intentional? hrm. more to life part i like. i dunno about the 4 clover leaf like cross....i like the colors though.

Try clicking on the image and it should show up clearer and larger in your browser. Then you can see it with a little more detail. Thanks for the feedback!

How will the "messy" dots translate on stationery and business cards? Will they be readable in small size?

Yup, it's very sharp and clear in every version except this blurry copy I put up on the blog!

Could be taken as a blue flower, too. But the imagery works both ways.

Tis a little hard to see. I'm more of a traditionalst in these matters and am drawn to more staid, or perhaps timeless (?) Logos.
Good color blue, though.
